OUR PROCESS

initial meeting

Whether this is your first time getting acquainted with Sundial Creatives, or you’ve been watching our work from afar, I would love to hear from you. Your initial inquiry will tell me a little bit about you (like your event date, film desires, and location).

consultation

Once you’ve inquired on our website, I will personally reach out to you via email to schedule a follow-up call. On the phone, you’ll tell me about your vision and how your wedding film fits in with your values and goals for the big day (and beyond). Additionally, you’ll get more information about the packages I offer during the call.

Within one week of our phone call, I'll personally follow up and ask if you'd like to move forward with us. Here, you’ll receive three things: A proposal outlining the services, invoice detailing payment options, and contract.

STORY SESSION

Once the contract is signed and your payment is complete, an extraordinary adventure begins. Together, we'll embark on crafting the wedding film you've always dreamed of, a fusion of our shared artistic visions. As our ideas unite, they'll transform into a timeless treasure, a film that you'll hold dear for years to come. From this point on, you can relax in the comfort of knowing that your film is being handled with the highest level of care and expertise, ensuring every moment is captured beautifully.

Frequently asked questions

What are your minimums and what can we generally expect to pay for our film?

Our collection begins at $5,500 for wedding day coverage. With packages up to $12,000 for multi-day day wedding coverage.

Do you travel?

Absolutely! While we’re based in Central Florida, traveling to capture wedding days all over the country and overseas is one of the most fun parts of what we do. In 2023, we’ve already booked weddings in Italy, Tennessee, New Jersey, and Oklahoma.

Are there any surprise fees?

Your proposal will include every cost — from travel to filming— that you can expect to pay. The only reason an additional fee would be incurred is if you decided after receiving your proposal to request additional services.
